Krissy - Consulting Controller & CEO
Ten Key Management & Bookkeeping Services is managed and operated by Krissy Justice. With over twenty-five years of working in corporate finance and accounting, managing accounting teams, and serving in leadership roles, she brings a great deal of expertise and care to her work with clients. Krissy first began her accounting consulting business in 2004 when clients from all industries, from both small and large companies, began seeking out her expertise.
Trustworthy, efficient, grounded, and always understanding, Krissy takes the financial management side of running a business and turns every detail into something digestible. When looking for an accounting partner, having someone you can trust is essential — Krissy not only offers extensive knowledge and experience but remains approachable & supportive to her clients’ needs.
When she’s not working with clients, Krissy enjoys doing yoga, planning her next travel adventure, powerlifting, playing with her dogs, and spending time with her family.
melissa - Accounting manager
Melissa has over twenty-five years of accounting experience in a variety of industries and lanes which include AR, AP, inventory management and general bookkeeping. She has a CRCR certification in Revenue Cycle Management from HFMA and is knowledgeable in RCO IV, RCO Billing, RCO receivables and posting. Melissa has worked on many leadership teams helping to drive company policy and culture.
Her specialty and passion is analyzing and tracking data, process development and re-organization. She loves a linear challenge as this gives her an opportunity to think outside the box and solve problems in a creative way, blending linear and abstract ideas together for elegant outcomes.
She has the soul of an artist and dabbles in mixed media visual arts and jewelry design. When she is not working with clients, Melissa is cycling, practicing Yoga, dreaming of beautiful creations or playing with her magnificent dogs, Jenny and Lou.
Jessica - Bookkeeper & Client Consultant
Jessica has twenty years of executive administrative experience in marketing and production management to retail industry accounting and bookkeeping.
Jessica has a dual emphasis Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Studio Art from City College of San Francisco and San Francisco State University. She values direct communication, critical feedback, and the art of cultivating awareness. Jessica believes that these ideals are essential in executing stellar work. The principles of understanding and communication translate directly into accounting by keeping competently detailed and accurate accounting.
Jessica strives to bring a positive and engaging customer experience. She empowers and educates clients in a sometimes daunting world of numbers. With Tenkey, offers an anchor of assurance and guidance along the way.
Jessica enjoys creating innovative and efficient solutions and bringing a positive psychology mindset to her personal, creative, and professional paths. Outside of her professional career, she is a proud parent and part-time student of permaculture, food systems, and environmental justice.
Indigo - Bookkeeper & Client Consultant
Indigo has experience in real estate, marketing, sales, management, & running his own business. He takes pride in helping others with their business needs and goals.
Indigo has been helping clients by keeping business expenses organized so that they are ready when tax season comes. He also keeps business owners up to date on their monthly spending vs. income throughout the year. Indigo has been a part of TenKey for 3 years and looks forward to supporting our clients as their businesses grow and change.
He enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, working on his hobbies, and staying physically active during his off time.
